A Little Yes Live: Goals that Nurture Your Inner Toddler

January 22, 2019 //  by Heather

goals that nurture your inner toddler from A Little Yes Live

A lot of time when people talk about setting goals, they say goals make us more focused, productive, and successful.

Quote honestly, I think wanting to be more productive is a TERRIBLE reason to set goals. That sounds stressful and unappetizing to me.

You see, goals aren’t about doing more, being more, or becoming someone fancier. Instead, they’re effective tools for caring for yourself–just like you’d care for a sweet, precocious, stubborn, and beloved toddler.

Why a toddler? During toddlerhood, human beings experience THE MOST EXPLOSIVE GROWTH of any stage of life. You WANT to be like a toddler. Those kids know from life change.

My Facebook Live show, A Little Yes Live, answered readers’ questions about goals–and people did not hold back with their honest, insightful conundrums. Watch the whole show below.
