Taking a break before the storm

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Um, we leave in weeks. WEEKS.

I’m imagining the holidays and packing for an international move might require some attention. So.

The next time I blog, I’ll be in Buenos Aires. (Pausing to let that sink in to my brain).

I’m excited to feature a guest post by my dear friend Diana Duke for One Woman’s Yes in mid-January. Then I’ll start showing you around our new apartment, our new neighborhood and (gulp) our new life.

It’ll be epic.

Until then, my best wishes to you and yours as we celebrate this season. Blessings and peace.

Heather, I am so glad to have found you. I just read your story and it is so much like mine. Except that my husband and I headed to China after we had raised our children and retired. But we went through the same process of while knowing what we were doing was right, also having doubts and fears. We began our decision making in February of 2011, so we are a bit ahead of you in the process. Come on over to my site and see our journey (lerskin.wordpress.com) and I would love to hear from you by email if you have questions or need encouragement in your move.
